Spinal Elements Announces New Chairman

Spinal Elements, a Carlsbad, Calif.-based spine technology company, today announced that spine industry veteran Steve Healy has been named Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective as of January 1, 2019. Healy joined Spinal Elements’ board in May 2018.
 
Steve Healy brings a wealth of experience to Spinal Elements. He has served as general manager of Zimmer Biomet, president of Zimmer Spine, president and CEO of Disc Dynamics, and president of the Heart Valve Division of St. Jude Medical. Furthermore, Healy is currently a board member of Peytant Solutions and Bioventrix, additionally serving as Chairman of the latter.
